Am i infected ?
Hello. I had sex with a unknown lady about a year back now. I was scared that i was infected with HIV and so i took a blood test after about 7 or 8 months of the intercourse which turned out to be Negative. And now after a year i am having a doubt again because i am suffering with Flu, body pain and headache. Although i dont see any loss of appetite or swollen lymph nodes. I want to confirm if am 100% safe? or should i take another test ?? please help me.

But i discovered a rash on my hand which lite reddish in color and is not itchy and arms are paining a bit too. i dont have any problem to lift any thing. i am able to do pushups too. i am sorry about this again. its just that im concerned. Do you think i should have a blood test again? pls help

thanks for the reply. I havent had any intercourse since then. and to u mean that i should have the test after 1yr and 3 months of the intercourse because its almost one year now ? could you tell me in how long are we sure about the results ?
Dude , you are ok move on . Unless youhave done something else you are not mentioning then move on with your life and relax. If you are still concerned have anoter test in another three months .
how long does it take HIV to infect any body ? what will be the time period when we can confirm with the results ?
sorry the test which i did was after 3 or 31/2 months of the intercourse which turned out to be negative. could you please confirm with this??
