Can hepatitis b vaccine delay’s seroconversion

I had unprotected oral sex with a sex worker then protected sex but during sex condom was slipped a bit but half of the penis was covered when i removed it

After 2.5 months of exposure i took a hepatitis b vaccine as a regular vaccination

After 9 months i was getting all symptoms so i took hiv tridot test at 10 months after exposure that was negative
Still i was having symptoms ongoing so after 26 days of first test i did STD panel teat which looks for all std’s and those were also negative
My blood report shows some infection and i am getting fever(coming and going) and some digestive issue

What should i do, dis that vaccine delayed seroconversion and do i need to take another test please help me

First of all, is this your only account here? Second, whether it is or it isn't, you've surely read what are risks for HIV. Having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. So, man. You never even had a risk. Condoms sliding up are not risks. ONLY the head of your penis needs to be covered. And third, no. the vaccine doesn't affect hiv.
