can a person develop crohns disease from 5 days after unprotected sex encounter with person with unknown hiv status

i know but i was wondering how coincedental it would be if someone got crohns in the acute hiv period and then went on to have hiv after 12 weeks testing

Have you been diagnosed with Cronn's disease and HIV? Just because someone has HIV doesn't prevent them from getting other diseases like everyone else. HIV does not cause Crohn's Disease.
