symptoms for 8 weeks

HI all, please someone help.

12 weeks after unprottected sex my symptoms are still driving me crazy.  It started with burning in testicles after 3-4 days which seemed to calm down after 2 weeks course of anti biotics.  Then my troubles started about 3 -4 weeks later.  I had a rash under the skin not raised which appeared on my stomach and on my biceps and lower arms.  This kept happening for 2 weeks, at the same time I was having aching in my lymph nodes in groin, under arms and neck but were not swollen.  I have got 3-4 fesh coloured perfectly round spots on my tonsils which intially for 2 -3 weeks have not been sore, over the last week I have developed a tingling burning sensation in my lips, tongue and roof of mouth and developed a sore throat.  The tonsils dont appear to be swollen or red.  I have noticed on my top lip when I lift it up there are loads of white spots which in places seem to be clusters.  Can someone please advise could this be hiv infection

IF someone actually shows signs of infection...it comes at 2-4 weeks after infection and lasts for 1-2 weeks.

you state that it has been 12 weeks since your exposure.  you can test now for a conclusive test result, if you have not done so yet.

I have just returned from my physician who has looked at the spots on throat and said they are normal and that any spots on throat or indeed any of the other burning/tingling sensations i am experiencing would not appear this ealy after possible infection.  I am going to do retest for piece of mind but my doctor states that the 7 week negative test will 99% be negative again unless I have had another exposure, which I haven't, would you agree with his comments???

if you tested 3 months after exposure, then you have a conclusive test result.

I can only repeat what the doctors have repeatedly said (and these doctors have impecibale credentials).  Your symptoms are meaningless.  Understand that, meaningless.  The doctors themselves say this, and they have spent 30+ years studying and working in the field, they are expert doctors and would not lie.  So, 12 weeks later, get tested and you will be in the clear.  Also, take it from me, the mind can play crazy games with your body.
