Can you get HIV from fingering?

Freaking out for past month... I fingered a sex worker about month ago. I had no cuts, the only thing I can think of is at the edge of your fingernails you see peeling skin that I've always had. But i'm scared that I'm probably the first person ever to get hiv from fingering.

Within 1hour after showering - I was itchy all over
24hours - tingling on lips and white dots appeared on edge of lips (no it doesnt look like herpes and they are still there after 28days)
48hours - slight chest pain and breathing heavy
5th day - extreme sleepy and englarged armpit lymph node
7day - 17th day - once in a while I get super tired and still had englarged armpit lymph node
18th day - present - englarged armpit node, get tired now on a daily basis, throat and groin nodes are minor (i barely feel them unless i think about them) but the armpits are always enlarged. Today I had gone 4days without going to washroom and had a minor diaghrea (wasn't too wet diaghrea).

I could only hope that its "mono" - i've never had mono before or any other std

What are the odds that i'm infected?

but then why am I getting these symptoms? I went to my doc 7 days after the incident he said "stop worrying", well since then i've gotten more symptoms (as above). Yes I will agree I'm the biggest worrier and have been told - but can anxiety and sleepless nights cause these new symptoms:
Fatigued - can barely focus at work
Armpit lymph nodes enlarged since day 5
6days ago my throat stiffness but seems to go away as day goes by but I'm able to eat/drink ( Friend of mine says that if my throat lymph nodes were truely enlarged i wouldnt be able to eat - she says its strees). Tyngling on tongue with bad breath.

I was expecting a typical STD - ie cold sore, herpies (herpes), but nothing ... thats why im worried that its either mono or hiv

If I goto one of those std clinics - is the oral test reliable?

Doc said that for someone who's had little to no sexual exposure prior. That I probably caught bacteria - since when does that cause 28days of nonstop armpit lymph nodes and minor sweating at night (occured on 5day and twice now previous nights)

And regarding the white dots (look like white miniture blisters) around my lips, doc said that I must have had those before since they're not cancore/coldsore. Well I know they've never been there before

forgot to mentioned I dryed humped her - and made 100% sure that I did not enter and even held back the ejaculation till i stood up. There any risk?

Lessee here:

Fatigue/lack of focus at work: hell, yeah, anxiety can cause that. Easily.

Armpit lymph node enlargement: Are you thin? Cause if so, it's likely you'll be able to feel your lymph nodes. Just because you can feel them doesn't mean they're swollen or enlarged, unless your doc diagnosed that. I can feel the lymph nodes in my groin right now, in fact. They're about the size of peas.

Anxiety can cause LOTS of things, dude. I didn't believe that until my incident -- always thought my mind was powerful enough to fight off any symptoms that could be caused by anxiety. Not so. I had no appetite at all, had queasiness, nausea, occasional chills. All listed as symptoms of anxiety (seeing as how I had no fever, the chills didn't make any sense to me) After my one month (which wasn't that conclusive, really, but enough to calm me down) the majority of my symptoms vanished.

I understand your worry, and I'm no doctor, but I really don't think you're the one person in the world to get HIV from fingering. Get tested if you're still concerned, but in my non-medical-expert opinion, you don't have HIV.

Also, think about it this way, regarding, let's say, your armpit lymph nodes. Before your exposure, had you ever felt your armpit carefully enough to detect a node? Have you ever really dug your fingers into your armpit at all? I never, ever had. In fact, the only time I would get near my armpits is when I washed them in the shower or when I put deodorant on. After my exposure, suddenly they're my bestest pals in the world.

Same goes for the white spots on your lips. Exposures like this can cause you to be hyperperceptive, i.e. looking for things that you wouldn't ordinarily look for.

Went for a 2month test and got a negative result.

You're body is able to produce just about any symptom you can imagine from stress and anxiety, I was getting them all.
