Oral Risk ARS?

I had a low risk exposure a few months ago, mutual oral with another guy. He never ejaculated into my mouth, but I ejaculated into his. I'm unsure as to the exact date, but a few weeks ago I had bad diarhea, painful joints and extreme fatigue that lasted for about 3 days with no fever. Is it possible that these could have been ARS symptoms?

Ok so even though I came into his mouth I should be ok? I read something the other day that said during ejaculation the urethra can actually pull the infectious fluid in. That's what has me going crazy
