Question about condom breakages

Condoms have ripped twice before on me - though there had been no semen or anything.
In that, is unprotected sex still AS dangerous (I understand that it is dangerous in all ways) if there is no semen, or if the period of intercourse is short lived?

You been coming to this forum since Oct. 07. I believe you know what the risk are and about testing.

My story is of a similar one where I was the bottom and my partner changed condoms. About 30 seconds later we noticed the new condom had ripped.
As there were no body fluids involved, what is the risk exposure in this instance?

common sense should tell you that the longer you are exposed to something, the greater your risk of infection.
