Is it the right time to get tested

I had a sexual intercourse with a CSW on 25th december 2008, unfortunately my condom failed twice during intercourse, but i changed to a new one immediately after failure, on 27th dec 2008, i was diagonised for leptospyrosis and mild hepatitis. If i tested on 15th feb 2009, will i know my HIV status correctly or i have to wait for 3 month window period for accurate results. Currently i'm on medicines for Hepatitis and fatty liver, will medicines can lead to false results?

Stress and anxiety is killing me more than anything?

Thanks in advance for your valuable reply

No your medicines will not lead to a false negative or false positive. Yes you need to get a three month conclusive test.
