Chapped lips

Dear Doctor,
three weeks ago i had a protected sex using condom with sex worker but i had chapped lips with very little blood at the morning and at night i had the sex. I licked her ***** and nipples for about a minute. my lips where dry at that time as i remember. are there any chance that i have HIV and need to be tested? I contacted help aids help centers and told me that there are no risk but i have now hiv phobia! thank you very much for your answer in advance.

Thank you very much. I was by a neurologist and he advised me to go to a Psychiater. I had sex with the sex worker 3:4 weeks ago and never developed any hiv symptoms. I left my girl friend at that time without any intention to come again to her. The things went again ok between us and we had wex multiple times since 2 weeks. Since yesterday she has fever and cough. so this drives me crazy to think that i had hiv and now infected her. I am lost. This will take weeks to have turn by Psychiater in Germany. What should I do until then? I was confident that this crisis will be over and i will start a new white paper with her until yesterday, is this a coincidence that she has these symptoms now!?

If you have an anxiety disorder, we should not offer you any reassurance here. Especially since you mention this and that indicates you've probably already had an account here. Anxiety is a treatable disorder and I'd talk to your doctor about this.

You've been to an medical center and you can read here what are risks on our forum. I suspect you know it is no risk. You need to seek help for your anxiety disorder. Risks for HIV are unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. Air and saliva inactive the virus otherwise.

This isn't your first flu, cold, maybe Covid etc.  or whatever you or she has caught, so it is time to stop going to pieces every time you get one. It is quite illogical for you to think that you can go unmasked in the presence of others and not get sick once in a while - just as it is illogical to think you can get hiv when you had no risk.
You have no medical training, but unfortunately you only believe your own ideas - reality is you should have zero confidence in your ideas and instead listen to the people on this forum instead of telling us we know nothing while you claim you know  how hiv is transmitted.
He told you to go to a psychiatrist because this is a mental health issue and not an hiv risk issue. Keep that in mind. Until then, talk back to your anxiety. You first have to acknowledge that anxiety is what is behind this. So, start there. "just more anxious thoughts". You can use third person to add distance to it. "X (your name) is having anxious thoughts about hiv." Then you remind yourself that thoughts are NOT facts. The facts indicate you would not get HIV from this. Your anxiety is trying to lie to you. Tell your anxiety to be quiet. And then get on with doing THINGS. Exercise, stay busy, distract yourself.
