Cocaine & HIV or HAV infection

Dear Dr. I am very worried. I went out last thursday with a couple of high school friends. We started doing cocaine at the very beginning of the night (10 PM). I'm not really a user at all. I'm very healthy and i take very good care of my health. We kept going from one place to the other until we ended up at a friends house with prostitutes. We were sniffing cocaine with the prostitues using the same bill for hours. I did not notice any of them had any nose bleed and neither did I. The night ended and I had no contact with the prostitues whatsoever but only the bill we used for sniffing. The second day i found red dry liquid on the bill and started getting very paranoid. I also blew my nose and found small dry pieces of blood. Do you think I should be worried regarding HIV or HAV??. I am married with a young kid. Please help me.

Sharing a note for snorting will not result in HIV. Using cocaine will cause a bloody nose, however, among other far more serious health complications which should be your primary concern. As for HIV, no risk.

Even if by a chance i snorted bits of blood that was infected?
Bits of blood that have been exposed to air are not infectious. You had no risk.
Thank you
