Combivir Standalone nPEP?

Is combivir an appropriate HIV nPEP regimen for one time unprotected encounter with CSW of unknown status in Kenya? I'm a 24 yr male from UK. Insertive vaginal and oral. Asked about Kaletra and doc said it's low risk doesn't recommend, but I am still very worried. Started within 12 hours, but still within 72 if kaletra should be added. I feel terrible of course but appreciate any advice.

Thanks, Teak. Input is much appreciated.

Any thoughts on risk profile of said situation indeed also appreciated.

No, most places prescribe Truvada which is also an NRTI for nPEP..

Sorry, just trying to clarify--not unusual for it to be administered without kaletra?

Thanks, Teak. Any sense of risk profile described? Under nPEP?

I'll be sure to follow up with recommended testing plan.
