Combo Ab/Ag and/or P24 testing in U.S. - where or how to get -- lab code?

Greetings.  I am trying to obtain info about the Combo antibody/p24 antigen test and/or a P24 antigen standalone test in the United States.  This is not the same as a "combo, PCR+antibody" test.

I was not able to find either listed by code or name on the Labcorp site.  Would someone knowledgeable about the subject kindly inform me what the lab codes for these for LabCorp and Quest and/or provide info about where on can get Ab/Ag combo testing done in the U.S. (particularly in Connecticut, NY, or NJ)?  I have searched fairly extensively on the internet and not discovered a place -- notwithstanding that a number of people claim to have received these tests in the past -- and I believe the answer would be a service to many people other than myself.

Thank you.

I understand, yes, regarding the P24 testing window, and the risk of false negatives.

P24 has to be taken between weeks 1 and 4 and still have to be followed up with an antibody test at 3 months post exposure.

Ok, that is helpful to know that combo Ab/Ag tests are not available in the U.S.

Can anyone else know is knowledge about the P24 antigen test please respond about where, or under what lab codes, it exists in the U.S.

(  I did see and appreciate the comment from Vance and respect that it may not be reliable for his general practice use.  I think most would agree that reliability is more than one number and somewhat dependent on specific circumstances as well. )

Combo/DUO tests are not approved or sold in the US.

We don't recommend antigen tests because they are not reliable and the only test for diagnostic reasons is an antibody test, so that is the recommendation we give.

if you want to try to find these other tests try calling labcorp or your Dr's office or even the CDC.
