Recieve oral sex and have symptoms

Around 40 days before , a girl gives me blowjob (unprotected) and that was my first encounter in my life , after 4-5 second , i feel guilt and i stopped without ejaculation. I have a very small cut on my dick of around 2-3 day old (means no bleeding from there). I have no idea of Condition of girl's mouth but there was no blood on my penis.
After that i google about receiving oral sex risk and according to CDC , i have a very low risk but i am afraid from that word 'risk'.
and the symptoms according to google made my anxiety worse.
Symptoms
1. After 4-5 days , i felt that something stuck in my throat and it is still there and have white tounge and DRY MOUTH from then to till now
2. After 10 days of exposure , i got high fever 103 but last in1 day and i got diarrhea about 2-3 days.
3. got 3-4 rashes on arms at that time but they go in 2 days.
I know risk is little but how much risk is there , please help , i cant concentrate on studies.
Do i need test for hiv if this is only exposure of my life.
Thanks in advance.

No, you do not need any test because receiving oral sex is NO RISK for HIV.  The CDC lists it as a theoretical risk, but no one has EVER been infected by receiving oral sex.  Not one single case in the entire history of HIV.

You can forget about this event and move on.

Thanks mam for giving time but what about these symptoms and why some doctor says that there is a risk.
AND as i describe that there was very small tiny cut of 2-3 days old on my penis then what about that situation if that girl also have some open sore in mouth and they touch on tiny cut of penis.
Your symptoms have NOTHING to do with HIV since you were never exposed to HIV.

I have no idea why some doctors give out incorrect information.  It doesn't matter if you had a cut or not.  NO ONE has ever been infected by receiving oral sex, and you are not the first person to receive oral with a cut on your penis, or from someone with sores in their mouth.

MOVE ON from this event.  Receiving oral sex does not result in HIV infection ever.
but mam i never had such sore throat before (35 days long) and white tounge. i feel very tensed
As you have been advised, you did not have a risk for HIV, and you should see your doctor for your non-HIV related sore throat.  Our members are not able to offer anxiety support in this forum.
