Conclusive HIV test?

Hello, I'm from Brazil

I Had unprotected oral sex with a sex worker and a protected vaginal sex, it was 87 days ago.

I wasn't afraid,, because I've read that insertive oral sex is very very low risk for HIV, but after 35 days, I returned to my old relationship, and had protected sex, then I started to feel bad,
Started to feel some symptoms from day 50 until now, The main symptom I had that concern me is both armpit painful, also had white tongue, some night sweats, I'm feeling tired and very anxious.

I did some tests: Rapid self tests: 46, 53, 74 and 81 days (All negative)

Also Had 4th gen tests: Lab 1 CMIA on 56 and 84 days, both came back negative. (0.08 and 0.07)
And in another lab I had ECLIA on 65 days, also came negative (0.21)

Also I had on 65 day the other STD tests all negative.

Can I stay 100% ok about HIV from that exposure?

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

Nothing you did was a risk for HIV.  You had zero risk and you did not need to test even once.
Whatever is or was causing your medical issues has NOTHING to do with HIV.

Thanks so much! However If I had any risk the results are 100% conclusive?
I'm not going to pretend that you had a risk when you did not. We don't feed people's anxiety in these forums.
Yes, you can trust your results... your results are  100% conclusive regarding this exposure of oral sex . move on .
