Condom Concern

I just had anal sex (bottom) I used a condom and lubricant. My partner finished inside and as he pulled out the condom stayed inside me. (he did not withdraw holding the base of the condom). I am a paranoid person and automatically began to panic. I went to the bathroom and filled the condom up with water it was full of semen. What I am concerned about is did semen get in my anus. Would I feel differently if there were semen inside of me. This is a regular sex partner and we always practice safe sex but I have not seen his test results. He says he is disease free and was tested in July, but u just never know. I actually just went and was tested earlier this week. Im just nervous and scared do I need PEP or anything. Please someone respond and give me some peace of mind.

Yes I already asked him to do a rapid test and he has agreed. It's not like the condom was buried inside of me the ring of it was outside of my anus. Just nervous because I'm new to anal penetration this was one of the reasons I have stayed away from it. On other forums (thebody.com) the doctor stated as long as the base was outside and the fluids were contained in the condom it was safe. We are going to do the rapid test though I just was tested Monday for my yearly test.

If you trust your partner enough to put his penis in your anus, then I would imagine you should be able to trust him enough to believe that he was tested and is negative. However, you may also want to ask him if he has had any other partners or exposures in the mean time. Considering the possible risks involved I would certainly contact a doctor tomorrow, and maybe even convince your partner to take another test for peace of mind.
