Condom broke HIV risk

Hi couple of weeks ago I had sex with csw, while I was trying to insert inside her condom broke,I could able to see open penis head with fluid driping from urethra(may be my precum),I am not sure whether I have went in slightly or not.pretty muxh sure that i did penetrated completely.she suggested that I did not enter in.I am worried now, would like to kno is ther any chance of infection.Even if I had went in slightly or my head touched her vaginal surface for even 10 seconds or so what is the risk.

You mean without complete penetration, one can not be at risk, just by making in contact with surface. Is it true that HIV infected fluids are present only deep inside vagina,so it is reuqired to have complete unprotected penetration to be at risk

I didn't say complete. I said penetration. You penetrate unprotected then there is a risk. You don't then not. Simple!

Just keep in mind this :
Hiv can only be transmitted via unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration, by sharing IV works in drugs and from mother to child.

Hello,
If you penetrated her (no matter how much or for how long) there is a risk of HIV transmission.
A 4th generation test will be accurate at 28 days post exposure and a simple HIV test at 3 months post exposure.
Take care
