Regarding a HIV possibility

Recently I had sex with a man I met one month ago. Before the act I used my hand to make his penis hard and during that time a little of his pre-ejaculate was on my hand. Then, without washing I began putting the condom on his errect penis and I think I put some of these fluids on the condom from the outter side and after that he penetrated me. Am I at risk, if he is HIV+?

No you were not at risk of contracting HIV. Keep using the latex condoms correctly and consistently for vaginal and anal sex and you won't be putting yourself at risk for contracting HIV.

Thank you for the anwer. Could someone explain why it is no risk? If the pre-ejaculate is infectios, why can't it infect me like that?

HIV is not transmitted outside its host. HIV is transmitted by unprotected vagina or anal sex. Sharing works with other IV drug abusers and from mother to child.
