Exposure om mind in over drive

Hi experts,
Just wanted to get some feedback on the below.
exposure was brief unprotected oral in the infamous RL district in Amsterdam.
folllowed by protected vaginal intercourse.
Fast forward after some stress from day of exposure constant runny nose, skin tags on back of head and neck.
1 year later swollen Lymoh node in neck right side.
5 years later after stress, anxiety and so on I think due to this one swollen node behind ear. may be due to allergies or something else.
My doctor thinks im nuts and has told me No risk.
Can you advise please

Dude we wll get colds every once in a while. If you remain worried get tested now. It will be conclusive and will give you peace of mind.

Just one last question forgot to mention this,

with the runny nose after a while I had yellow phlegm. No cough. just when sneezing.
Doctor says due to stress and anxiety. Has anyone come across this before?? Seemed to go on forever then just stopped one day.

No risk. As it has been 5 years you can test anytime if you want to do it for peace of mind.
