Very Much Worried..!! Pls Help

First of all..You guys are doing a great job..really Appreciate it.. and best wishes..

I am 29 yrs old man.,married with one baby boy 3 yrs old..i am from india..  

Exactly last 12th of Jan-18 i had a sex with call girl.,( i didn't insert my penis into her vaginal., instead of that i just rubbed my penis in her vagina without condom )

One week after i got a light fever and it lost for 2-3 days and i back to normal.,at the time of fever i tested for HIV it came Negative.(i dont know what method they used).,

Later.,i Was active till Feb-14-2018.,and from feb 15th onwards i started to feel symptoms like tiredness.,fever.,headache (P.S. i was experience these symptoms only at eve time after 6 o clk...day times active only like normal.)  and also joint and muscle pain., so i decided to test for Hiv again on 27th Feb.,Exactly after 6 weeks 4 days of possible exposer.

They use HIV Ab rapid test.,there i got faint line in card..i started to worried much., that lab girl said.,the faint line may be bec of contamination (that lab does not look like a lab.,things are messed up)and also she said that i am not sure we vl check and confirm it once again in next month.,

but i started to worried much so i decided to go for another test in other lab on 28th of feb., they also used the same HIV Ab test., there i got Negative.,

so i took both the result and consult a local mbbs doctor (general not specialist for HIV).,He said we will test for HIV after 3 month and take some general blood test.,the result came everything normal., he gave me tablet for my fever and other ill., after taking that tablet my fever is gone.,and my joint and muscles pain are reduced now..and also i feel active now..,

and again from march 2nd onwards i got cough., again i run to lab march 3rd got tested.,same method.,got hiv negative.,

i am really worried very much.. i dont know wot is my condition is.. even though i got two negatives still i am getting symptoms.,pls help

You rubbed it in her vagina. That is inserting so it is penetration. Did you mean you rubbed it on her vagina?

i didnt do any penetration... i rubbed it on her vagina

You had no risk and a test would be a waste of time.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.  

Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established.
No one got HIV from touching, rubbing or oral activities in 40 years of HIV history, so likely no one will in the next 40 years of your life either.
