Also I have pain in veins and all kind of issues my wife started having seizures and I'm wondering could it be hiv and be missed there was blood on condom but I washed it off from the other girl
Symptoms are never used to diagnose HIV. The only thing used to determine if someone has HIV is a test. 28 days is the appropriate time to wait for an accurate test. However, you don't need to test. You didn't have a risk from these incidents you had. Oral sex is not a risk for HIV because saliva and air inactivate the virus. The only way to get HIV is to have unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or to share IV drug needles. If you didn't do those, you don't need to test.
Just wondering how accurate was test at 21 days and why symptoms exist
Your risk never existed. Forget your symptoms, unprotected oral has no HIV risk. No test was needed
