Confusion, symptoms and testing

I have had multiple tests  9 rapid tests, 3 duo tests, 1 tri dot test, and 1 qualitative pcr test over the period of 8 months after exposure. This all started after 10 days of exposure.

Had various symptoms like persistent sore throat, chronic diarrhea , fatigue, sometimes dull groin ache, high ESR inflammation rate, elevated liver enzymes... At this moment I m having canker sores and burning tounge from a mint or so, bumps in groin area ...
I have also had entire STD screening by Feb which was negative ...
I am really tired is there anything to be worried about regarding HIV... Can I rely on my tests ...  Any other std's to worry about ???

So this sounds exactly like my story. Unfortunately I don't have much advice for you.

I was tested for all STDs 5 months after: all negative. I was tested for HIV 8 times, multiple locations all negative. Up until 7 months after.

I still have no idea what is wrong with me. All I can tell you is that you need to trust the test results. You do not have HIV or any other traditional STD. I am working on moving on mentally from this, I think you should do the same.
