Coping with stress due to sexual encounter

Hello doctors,

I have read multiple pages on your forum and there is lots of great (repetitive information) on chances and possibilities of HIV contraction. Everything I read says ole chances for anything etc.

So now my story, I was severely intoxicated and had sexual relations with an Asian sex worker in Alberta last month. Today is day 24 since the encounter. Oral was protected. I'm fairly certain that the vaginal sex was protected but not 100% if it broke at all.. I'm fairly certain it was still in contact though once complete.. The actual performance didn't last long because I was to drunk to do anything anyways. I did not finish and had a very vague memory of a shower afterwards.

Over the next two days I began to itch.

A week following my forearms and face started burning as well as minor (how do I explain it) pin point burning spots that are almost invisible to the eye in random spots all over my body (possible reaction to a body oil)

3-4 weeks now and I have these acne like pimples in different spots. They do not seem to be going away, almost looks like shingles if I could describe it around my lower abdomen and below my armpits. There are also clusters on my shoulders and although none on my neck...it is also hot and red at all times. The little bastards are also appearing on the bridge of my nose. The burning comes and goes but appearance is always present.

I have nightsweats every night that are stress induced, I have chapped lips, totally lethargic.

What do you weigh in on a course of action? (Besides an antihistamine)

Thanks for your time

Alright, well secondary questions then for peace of mind

What would be a description of such a rash? Or is it case specific? Are such rashes generally one large cluster or can they be dispersed in single spots all over the body?

Are loose bowel movements fluent or just one or two?

My partner is experiencing such things now (we engaged in sexual relations two weeks ago)

If you do not think it would be hiv related then what suggestions do you have that is going on?
