Coughing

Hi,
I had protected sex with another 42year old male. I also gave him a handjob the night before , and he came. My concern is if I had a minor paper cut on my hand ( i dont think my hands were bleeding ) what are the chances of me contracting HIV. I asked him what his status was, and he said he was tested twice this year for his medical and he was negative. the next few days after, I started to cough with phelgum,( I do smoke a lot )  but no sore throat, or fever or enlarged lymph nodes or any other signs of acute hiv symptoms. what are the chances of me contracting HIV.
I think am going to go insane with anxiety.

No risk. Trivial cuts like that are not a concern.
