Could HIV still be considered

Sorry for my english. English isn't my mother tongue. Well let's start by giving some context to the question. I am a bisexual male and a few weeks ago i had a date with a transsexual BDSMer. We didn't do BDSM and for anal sex we used a condom. At the and though, she fingered me analy and she may have cut me somewhere beacuse it hurted a lot. Belgian sex education sites such as Sensoa says that there is a very small risk when there is pre-*** or sperm on her fingrers (she didn't do her sex change operation yet). However, the dutch version says that that is indeed true but that the risk is very low and actually unrealistic. In her opinion, everything was save. I don't know if i should trust her on that. She took a test about three weeks after it all happened and it was negative. Well given that she does BDSM and is very promiscuous I think she knows what she is doing.
My docter also says there was actually no risk. Anyhow. The guidelines of the university of Brussels says that there tests are conclusive at six weeks.
As shown here:

But again Sensoa says that after 4 weeks you are only 95% sure and that you are only sure after three months. The site "Prevention SIDA" wich is the belgian French version of Sensoa says 6 weeks is conclusive. The autist in me has difficulty living with such statistics and is very confused now. Looked up why the 6 weeks 4th generation test (All tests in Belgium are 4th generation) are supposed to be conclusive. That is due to the "antigen" part. Then again that works only for HIV-1. HIV-2 is very rare. Only prevalent in west-africa. But isn't that a bit risky? There is a lot of african migration in Brussels. You can hardly find anyone of belgian origin there. Then again. According to research at the university of Leuven, a antigen test of good quality tends to cross-react with HIV-2 antigen. And HIV is less infective so if there wasn't allready a risk for HIV-1, there isn't a risk for HIV-2. I am so confused.
I am tested at six weeks and it was negative. My docter refuses any further testing. The lab says it was conclusive so you should just go with it. The institute of tropical medicine of Antwerp has conducted a great deal of AIDS research since it's outbreak in Belgian Congo. She says they know what they are doing and that i should trust them.
But i don't know. I still want to do a test after 3 months. For LGBT people they offer free rapid tests at the university of Brussels. 10 September and it 3 months. That's not that long. I Could just plan that in my agenda, foget about it and only stress when i actually have to do the test. Also. The institute of tropical medicine of Antwerp is busy with a new "swab2know" project. Wich is saliva test. Just send them your spit and they test it. Maybe that is worth a try.

Anyhow. Now you have the context. Everybody says i am overexagerating and that it is probably nothing. Am I? I don't know anymore. I am so confused. It isn't really easy to talk about at home. Espacially given that I am bisexual. My mother even doesn't want her (the one with who I dated) to enter the house
What do you think. Will it be negative?

Thanks for your answer. I have looked up a lot about HIV and i am also pretty sure I do not have HIV. Or i need to be really bad luck. I am going to do the rapid test anyway. It takes only 15 minutes of time and I have nothing to do that day anyway. Also, they do it for free. So wy not? That way I do everything according to the guidelines. And hwo knows, maybe i am in bad luck :p. Sorry for the bad back joke there :) Humor is the best medicine
I am also planning on doing a test twice a year as long as i am actively searching for a parter. Exactly how Sensoa recomends when you have seks with men. How i am going to comunicate that with my parents I don't know. In their opinion HIV testing is only meant for sex workers and hobos. At the first few weeks after this all happend i was anxious as hell. But after while I realized there is actually still a lot of stigma around HIV. I talked about this with an old friend of mine hwo has HIV ever since he was born. He says there is no shame in getting HIV when you do your best to avoid it. Do your best to avoid it, but don't let it control your love-life. When you get diagnosed that changes nothing about yourself. You will still be yourself, only HIV positive then. You know what? He is right. He is actually a regular guy with a handicap .At one moment I thought i would rather like to lose my leg instead of getting HIV. Wich is kind of ridiculous when you think about it. I learned a lot of all what happend.
By the way. It wasn't a sex worker. Well i don't know if she does that. Who knows? Always wondered how she gets money with no job. It was a regular date, but I decided to leave her alone. It would have been nothing between us. I am not that into BDSM and my mother wouldn't agree :)

Your six week Duo test is highly reliable as you didn't have a risk. If you want to test again at 3 months that's purely up to you. Also if you know for sure the sex worker tested negative with a Duo as well so you have that going for you. You had no risk because HIV dies when exposed to air.
