Could I have hiv?

5 weeks ago I stupidly had protected oral
And vaginal sex (twice) with an escort in london. After the second 'session' I didnt take the condom off straight away and it stayed on until I was flaccid.

Around 4 weeks later I developed high fevers, badly swollen lymph nodes in the right side of my neck only, generalised body aches, headaches and really bad night sweats. The fever is worse at night but got better over about 48 hours. Now (7 days later) I have developed a right sided swollen exudative tonsil and pain on swallowing.

I had some blood tests done Last week which showed a slight leukopenia (0.9) and neutropenia (3.5) but no atypical lymphocytisis. EBV (glandular fever) antibodies were positive to Igm but not igG.

Do I have glandular fever or should I get hiv testing done? I have ready that there is cross reactivity with the EBV antibodies that can lead to false positive igm results in acute
Hiv.

Thanks for your help
