Cunnilingus and HIV with sore and bleeding gums

Hi,
About 14 days ago, i was with an escort and i performed unprotected oral on her. I know it was quite foolish of me and i did it in the heat of the moment. The sex was protected.
The oral sex lasted only for two or three seconds at most, until i realized its not a good idea and stopped. But now i am getting really paranoid and stressed that i may have exposed my self.
I am specially worried since I had a small sore on the tip of my tounge, which i beleive touched the vagina. Also, i have chronically bleeding gums whenever i brush my teeth. I brushed my teeth almost 2 or 3 hours before the encounter.
I asked the girl after the encounter about her HIV status and she said that she is OK. I haven't experienced any symptoms, and i do know that oral sex is a low risk activity, yet but i am still really stressed out and paranoid that i may have exposed myself. I just want some peace of mind. What are my chances of getting the virus and should i get tested?

You had zero risk so you don't need to test.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect outside the body, otherwise all of America would be infected from touching or kissing the wrong person. So those are 2 reasons you had zero risk. Double zero risk. Even oral sex is not a risk because of this and it doesn't matter if you and she are bleeding at the time and blood drips because it is effectively dead.

Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with. Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc saliva and air do not allow inactivated virus to infect from oral. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so nothing you can add will make it a risk.

Just an small update: I small itchy rash on my body today, specially on my abdomen and my wrists. Should i be worried? When should i go for a test, considering that its been 20 days since the possible exposure?
You don't need to test, if you reread the part about the 40.
