Touched Fresh Blood On the Toilet Seat with my finger am I at HIV risk

Yesterday after using the male toilet  in office i saw a Red Spot on the seat.. i touched with my finger to check and it was fresh blood. Just one drop. I normally wipe the seat before use not sure if i did or if it was mine after bowel movement, long time ago i used get blood sometimes on the tissue paper but never drop on the seat like this.
Question if it is NOT my blood and was fresh on the seat and i touched with my finger AM I AT Risk? I have read that it cannot be transmitted from surface to human. Is that correct even if it very fresh and if there is small cut on finger ( i dont see any cut on my finger) .  THANK YOU please reply I going crazy

As previously noted, nothing you add to this story will make it a risk.  You have been advised about the only two ways adults can contract HIV, so there isn't anything more to add to this thread.

As an adult, the only risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

NOTHING else you can think of is a risk.  HIV is never contracted from touching blood or other fluids on surfaces, even if you had cuts or scrapes on your fingers/hand.  HIV loses its ability to infect almost immediately after leaving the body.  NO ONE has contracted HIV this way.

You had zero risk and do not need to test.

I know you I have bugged you and you have many questions to answer ..

In my case : I may have touched my rectum or other areas of mucous membrane which may or may be broken.

So : From Surface (Toilet Seat) To finger skin to mucous membrane.

PLEASE REPLY and PROMISE NO more crazy questions.
