There are no tests that will give a conclusive negative test earlier than 3 months.

There is always a risk when engaging in uprotected sexual activity. Specifically anal insertive or receptive intercourse. You cannot determine status solely based on symptoms that can come about because of so many other conditions. Your standard ELISA (antibody) tests will yield conclusive results after 3 months after exposure. There are certain tests that can detect a possible infection sooner. Get tested!

You can test 3 months post exposure to obtain a conclusive test result.
