Cut at a store unknown HIV risk?

I have a quick question, I was shopping last night with my family, and went to a clothing rack seconds after someone. I cut my finger or poked my finger on something on the rack or hanger.I bled a little. Is there any risk here? Say if the person before me was hiv positive and did the exact same thing? As in their blood was on the same item that I cut myself/poked myself with almost immediately after? Normally, a cut wouldn't bother me, but I just had a concern and figured I would ask. Husband and potentially growing family.

Thank you.

Thank you for advising me that i had no risk. It has greatly cleared my mind. I will move on and forget it. Thank you very much for putting up with my concerns the last two days. I will keep in mind your advice and education so I will hopefully not be back with any more no risk questions.

You asked, "So even if the person before me was HIV positive and cut themselves with blood on the same object I cut myself on seconds later, no risk?" I advised you NO.

I am not trying to be phobia driven, i am sorry if it cane off that way. i just wanted to know if I had any risk? Because it was a cut or a poke that bled, given some one was there immediately before me?

Thanks. I know you helped me yesterday. I just didn't know if because I got cut if it could be considered like a needle stick. It wasn't a very big cut, like a slice into my cuticle just past the nail, but it did bleed a little. So even if the person before me was HIV positive and cut themselves with blood on the same object I cut myself on seconds later, no risk? No need for testing? And no worries about trying to have another child?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
