Cut in Penis & Canker Sore - HIV Risk?

I am a 29-year old gay asian male. I am recently tested HIV negative (as of May 8, 2009). I do have several questions from my recent sexual encounters. I appreciate any inputs from the medical community.

A couple of days ago, I had sex  with a friend of mine who is HIV positive. At first, he performed fellatio on me, without condom on my penis. Later, I realized that there was a cut on my penis and it was bleeding. I have an un-circumcised penis and I suspect that the scratch on the top of the penis (with the “skin” pulled down) was from the teeth during oral sex. I immediately washed the cut with soap and water, placed Neosporin over the cut, and placed condom over my penis. He continued performed oral sex and received anal sex from me, with the condom. At the end, he didn’t ejaculate and I ejaculated after he left.

The next day, I did a quick check on the cut and it seemed like it was healing well. From a different occurrence, I also had a canker sore inside my upper inner lip (which was probably due to my recent change of toothbrush brand). That afternoon, I gave oral sex with another friend of mine (without condom). He later gave me an oral sex, which I soon to find out that the cut on my penis was actually not completely healed (it was bleeding) during his oral sex. At the end, none of us ejaculated.

I usually get tested in every 6 months. In the mean time, I would like to solicit thoughts for the following questions:
(1) How big is the risk of getting infected with HIV virus with the accidental cut over my penis (and potentially bleeding) while receiving oral sex?
(2) How big is the risk of getting infected with HIV virus by performing oral sex with canker sore in my upper inner lip?

Thank you for your insights.

just wondering with regards to this issue.... if asianOH recieved oral sex like this with a cut on his penis and the guy giving the oral sex had a cut, sore or syphilis sore or herpes sore inside his mouth, does this represent a risk of HIV infection?

Oral sex has no risk.  Even if you did have a cut, his saliva is not enough to infect you.

But good for you for playing safe.

1.  No risk
2.  No risk

Oral sex is not a mode of transmission of HIV.
