Dear doctor i cant take this anymore

about 22 days ago I encountered with a man of an unknown status and he rubbed his penis on my anus and I gave him a handjob My question is what if he was infected and HIV precum came on my cut ? I noticed some rash on my chest its like small red patches that come and go... Im so worried I cant take it anymore My brain is killing me slowly what should i do get a test in 4 weeks?

Unfortunately, you will have anxiety until you get tested. Get a 4th gen test at 6-8 weeks for peace of mind and another at 3 months for conclusive result. From my experience, nothing else can help you move on. For now, try to cope with the anxiety as best as you can. Stay safe and good luck.

Does anyone know why I have those rash please ? It's mainly near the colorbone and I'm so worried!! I can't even concentrated :( am I at risk without any penetration ?

Absolutely, You are recovery and it does take time to get back to normal after a bout of flu.

Don't worry what you had, just keep fit.  
Everyone gets ill from time to time and gets chills and shivers.  No point speculating on what you had it done and gone.

Eat a healthy and well balanced diet and look after your heat.  If you take part in sexual activities, wear condoms to give you some protection.

I did have the flu for a while but im recovering, is that maybe why ?
