Nothing to worry about and no you do not need testing for HIV. By the way, change to a softer tooth brush.

HIV is not transmitted by kissing. The case you cite is peer reported and not a valid documented case.

I realize how frightening HIV can be. I live with a family member who actually has HIV, so I well understand your fear.  I went to CDC and copied and pasted this add'l information for you for the future.  The best form of protection in all cases if you are unsure of someone, is the rubber raincoat. For all you know, you could be a carrier and not know it yet. Did she swallow or did you use protection? If SHE swallowed - then HIV could be transmitted orally. (If you were an unknown carrier) The CDC is a great source of valuable information.

"Open-mouth kissing is considered a very low-risk activity for the transmission of HIV. However, prolonged open-mouth kissing could damage the mouth or lips and allow HIV to pass from an infected person to a partner and then enter the body through cuts or sores in the mouth. Because of this possible risk, the CDC recommends against open-mouth kissing with an infected partner.

One case suggests that a woman became infected with HIV from her sex partner through exposure to contaminated blood during open-mouth kissing.

For more information refer to the July 11, 1997, Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report “Transmission of HIV Possibly Associated with Exposure of Mucous Membrane to Contaminated Blood”."

Yes the dildo is okay. HIV does not stay active outside its host.

Thanks Teak. Based upon my last post on my risk and your reply I believe blow job and kissing were ok. Is the dildo scenario ok ? I also rubbed against her body. I was in my shorts all the time and she was without any clothes. There was no insertion. Trust me this is my last question
