Delayed ARS after pep and possible seroconversion

Hi,
Im going to have a six month hiv test tommorow after exposure and 5months post pep.

I followed the guidelines ans i know that my negative test 16weeks post pep is suppose to be accurate and conclusive.

But i know that in very very rare case it can takes up to 6months after pep for antibodies to be détectables.

My problem os that since exposure i develop a very rare skin symptoms that is still a problem today.

Since one week im very ill add to that skin problem i have a rash and a come and diarhea.

My questions are followings :

1- can ARS symptoms be delayed 24 weeks after pep or is it impossible ?
2- can i do an hiv test with a cold or it is going to false the result?
3-Is it possible that a skin problem is link to hiv with a negative test 120weeks later and that problem still there?

I know what the guidelines says im just askibg three questions because in lire there is always few very rare cases.

Regards,
