Diarrea and Dry cough related to HIV or STD??

I am a male who had an unprotected ******** from a woman. I have experienced the follwoing symptoms and wondering what are they indicating with six weeks of exposure:

First week of exposure: Frequent urine, fatigue, slight itch and redness around the gentiles
Second week: had a 2 week flue with no previous symptoms, as i have taken Ciprobay antibiotics
Four weeks later: everything cleared up excpet that i still feel a minor dry caough, and have been experiencing Diarrea for two as well as nausia and fatigue at night. Please advise if this is an early sign of HIV infection or any other STD. I have been tested negative on Herpes II

Thanks Teak, but what are these symptoms could be aligned with?? It cant be swine flue cuz I already checked on that....
Also i had lab work that showed normal results including the following:
WBC, RBC, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, Palatelet, MPV, Creatinine, e GFR, K, NA, CI, CO2, Abumin, Bilirubin, ALT....
Do any of these be an indicator for a virus, even though they all showed within normal level??
