Diarrhoea in ARS

Hi, I had my exposure 8 weeks ago, after 10 days I had very bad Diarrhoea/sore throat etc. This gradually cleared up. Now, 8 weeks on I came down with a fever (38.8deg.c.) and painful Diarrhoea. The fever only lasted a few hours but the stomach cramps and pain has been going on for 4 days. I have lost some weight also in the last few months.
1) HOW DOES Diarrhoea IN ARS PRESENT ITSELF USUALLY?
2.) CAN ARS COME AND GO, FOR EXAMPLE, COME AFTER 10 DAYS THEN GO, THEN COME BACK NOW 8 WKS AFTER?

ats symptoms, if one has them, come at 2-4 WEEKS after infection...NOT 8 weeks.

they come at once...not over a two month period.

your diarrhea is not hiv related.

at 8 weeks, a test would be a VERY GOOD indication of your status and at that point, HIGHLY unlikely to change.  go get tested so that you can relax, but follow up at 3 months.
