Disseminated Zoster

I am 32 years old, healthy but under considerable stress

I have been diagnosed Disseminated Zoster
There is no pain, and the rashes are small, but they are in two separate nerves

What are the chances I have HIV (I have almost no risk activity in the last 5 years and tested negative 5 years ago)

So disseminated Zoster could occur to healthy young people without having HIV?  It is difficult to find good sources about this online, all I find is a strong correlation between both

It has nothing to do with HIV.
