Do I have HIV ?

Hello, so on July 24th I had unprotected anal sex with a guy (I'm a guy also) he ejaculated inside me. A week later I was experiencing pelvic pain and burning during urination the doctor diagnosed me with urethratitis they gave me antibiotics for all know stds only that day, azizthromycin and ceftriaxone. Two days later I experienced difficulty swallowing there isn't no pain or irritation it's just difficult to swallow there is mucus. I also have dry mouth since that started. Nothing is inflamed in mouth and no sign of oral thrush I have a pink tounge with white debris. Scared I went to the guys house and told him to get tested he got tested he next day and came out negative. I never had sex before he was my only partner. Now I'm scared because of this dry mouth and still the difficulty in swallowing. It's going to be 2 weeks tomorrow August 7 if there was exposure to std. I have no other symptoms. My temp is fine never went up 98, no swollen nodes, no rash, just the swallowing and dry mouth . All answers are helpful answers, thank you .

You definitely had a risk there.. Please test to find out your status. Unprotected anal sex carries the highest risk especially when you're the receiver. Take a 6th week ag/ab test for an indication followed by a 12th week standard ab test for conclusion.
