How accurate are OraQuick HIV tests at 10 Weeks?

Hi all. I took an OraQuick HIV test on January 3rd of this year (2018). My exposure date was October 23rd, 2017. So it was 10 weeks and two days between my exposure date and my testing date. It was negative. Thank god. But I have some questions about it's accuracy.

- How accurate is the OraQuick test that uses saliva swabs instead of blood?

- How accurate are my results at 10 weeks and 2 days? I know they recommend waiting until 12 weeks to test. But mine was negative at 10 weeks. Is there any way it could have been a false negative based on the fact I took it nearly two weeks before the recommended 12 week testing time?

Thanks so much!

You can't get a useful result from an improper test. There is no such thing as half pregnant or half tested..
