Do I need PEP? I still have time to react.

I had protected sex using condom with Thai sex worker 20 hours ago. I realized that there is skin tear on my penis shaft after returning home. My worry is will her bodily fluid touch the cut area when she unroll the condom for disposure? Should I go for PEP? I would rather pay the bill than taking the risk. I had diarrhoe or stomachache since the past 10 hours or so, is this early sympton of hiv? Please advise.

I approach DSC but was rejected for PEP treatment.
Where can I get PEP treatment? WHich clinic/address?
How much does it cost?
And what is the treatment side effect?
WIll it affect my health permanently?
How long after PEP treatment is it safe to have baby?
Thks.

YOU HAD NO RISK.

1. You do not meet any qualifications for PEP.
2. Doesn't matter you don't need it
3. Side effects can range...some can be severe
4. You should not take PEP
5. Do not take PEP
