Do i need to test again?

I took an HIV test in a local clinic about a month ago and it was non-reactive. My exposure before was oral sex 5 months ago with swallowing. Today I went to a massage parlor and again got tempted to do an unprotected oral sex with a guy who is massaging me. Although this time I didn't swallow his semen but of course there is a pre-cum. after the massage for about 30 minutes I gurgle my mouth with water and I spit a lot. What do you think is my risk of having an HIV. Just 2 more weeks and I'll be coming back to Saudi. I will again have a blood test there as a requirement to renew my "Iquama ID" I'm afraid that I may have HIV. Do I need to worry about my circumstance? What If I test erlier than 3 months? does my test become reliable? Thanks I'm again very much worried.

Phlegm has nothing to do with it- oral sex is not a risk PERIOD. There is not a single variant to your situation that will change that.

You mean even if I have phlegm, I wont become infected? That particular incident happened just a while ago. right now I still don't take food. I'm afraid that there still some pre-cum on my mouth. but I spit a lot after I went out of the massage parlor.
