God help me

Today, I ordered chicken biryani from restaurant and it was delivered on time. But I didn't like the rude behaviour of the delivery boy. But now I'm suspecting that if the delivery boy spit on my food and the spit might contain blood on it can I get hiv from it. I waited almost 20 mins before eating the biryani but the box was closed so no open space for air to get in. I also took a precaution to preheat my food but not on high flame but on low flame for 7 to 10 mins. Can I get hiv if the blood in the food doesn't go away.

You don't need help from God or anyone else for this non-event.  You can't get HIV by ingesting anything, ever.

Risks for HIV include having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or sharing intravenous needles.  There is NOTHING else you can think of that would put you at risk for HIV.
