Does bleach kill hiv

I relapsed yesterday and I used a needle that my friend said was clean.  I'm worried that it may have been used.   I cleaned it out with bleach.  I was reading online and it said that you should rinse it out with water first then the bleach. I didn't rinse it out with water first.  I soaked it in bleach for 10 minutes then I put it in boiling water for a few minutes.  Could hiv have survived that?

I wouldn't worry to much about HIV. The drugs will be what ends your life if you don't seek help.

OK I didn't dilute the bleach.  I just used straight bleach.

Yes diluted bleach inactivates HIV. If you don't rinse it out correctly, you end up damaging your veins.

I meant seconds not servings

No there is conflicting information on the Internet.  Some day 30 servings with bleach is enough and some say bleach doesn't kill hiv.  I rinsed it out with bleach and let it sit for 10 minutes.  Then I put it in boiling water for a few minutes.  Then I rinsed it out with water.
