HIV rapid test question

A few days ago I got a rapid HIV test for an exposure 3 months ago (which was negative). My concern is that the tester may have accidently stuck himself with the needle. I know this sounds unlikely, but I remember seeing a red dot on his glove. The test was done using a retractable launchet (if this makes a difference). I hope someone can answer this so I can have peace of mind. Thank you.

Yes, I agree I should seek help. I have been unable to sleep recently because of this so please indulge me one last question. If blood was got on the needle would it be exposed to air (the part within the retractable launchet). I hope you will answer this question, it will be my last. Thank you
