Drunken stupidity!

I had unprotected vaginal and oral sex with a female stranger. This was about 4 weeks ago now and I was drunk. When she preformed oral on me she scratched the head of my penis and I had unprotected intercourse with her afterwards. A few days later I got thrush but I think that was just a yeast infection which I got from her. But, a week after the incedient, I started feeling unwell. It felt like malaise (slight fever and mild discomfort), which lasted around two weeks. Then this week I have had a slight sore throat but to my knowledge haven't recognised any swollen lymph nodes. I visted my doctor and he done a oral swab and that come back normal. Does that exclude herpes and syphilis? I am extremly worried that I have contracted HIV. I am going for a antibody test tomorrow but that will have only been 4 weeks since the incedient. So, i know i'll have to have another even if it comes back negative.

I think I have caught something from her for sure. Which other STDs may give feelings of malaise a week after sex? The fact that the head of my penis was scratched must increase tmy risk of contratcing a disease ten-fold. I am really worried!

no, I don't have the trush anymore, I got a cream for it and it seemed to clear-up within a few days. But, then I stopped using it and the trush come back. But, it did say to use the cream for 2 weeks twice a-day. I used it once a-day for about 3days. I'm back using it now though.

I'm concerned that because the head of my penis was scratched during oral that any diseases this girl had, will for sure have been passed onto me.

First of all, you had a low risk exposure, even though it was unprotected. According to CDC, the transmission rates from Female to Male via unprotected sex are 1:1000. Chances that your partner was not infected are in your favor. However, you do need to get  tested.

Symptoms are never a good indicator of HIV infection, since many people who have symptoms of HIV, do not have HIV. Certain people who are infected, do not experience any symptoms at all.

I wish you the best of luck and odds are in your favor.
