HIV conclusive

I had unprotected sex with a female.  I tested at a Family Practice Clinic (in the U.S.) at 1, 2, 3, 4 months and 2-3 days short of 6 months.  All negative.

I did, however, come up with thrush like symptoms after the encounter that has lasted 6 months.  I did get prescribed antibiotics initially to combat other STD's if any were present.  A shot, and two Z-packs.

I know alot of people split hairs when talking about the test being conclusive but is 2-3 days shy of the 6 month test conclusive?  And is there any research that I could read up on?  The net is a scary place when looking this stuff up.

Thanks.

A few days is not a big deal. You are absolutely fine, stop worrying.
