Seek therapy instead of waiting another month for another purposeless test. You didn't accept the first test so you might not accept the next one either.

Your problem isn't disease, it is your inability to accept the science.

But hey mate on future try to avoid sex with csw? Not worth the worry is it my friend ?

But now you have second chance ! Glad to hear it

All is well incuding you . With science to back it up

You are HIV negative means you do not have HIV and your test is conclusive

Thank you guys. I will avoid csw at all cost. Not worth it. That is my first and last. I hope you're right about i been given 2nd chance. I will not waste it.
I'm a married man and had 4 lovely child.
The quilt and stress consume my mental dan physically.
I will try to accept my test and move on.

Reread the part about the 40 and the "nothing". You aren't going to make medical history, so if you can't accept that fact, consider therapy so you can live the normal life because you had a non-event for HIV.

Condom doesn't protect against all std though, so you can check out the std forum for info, and if you later change your mind and go to another csw you need to tell your wife since you are putting her at risk.
I never had sex with my wife after my exposure. Im affraid i might infected her.
You can't infect your wife with HIV because you do not HAVE HIV.  You should check the STDs forum for advice on STDs, but you had no risk for HIV.
The worst thing you can do is tell her you think you have HIV, since you don't have it. She might develop an irrational HIV phobia like you have, maybe hate you and definitely she will never trust you again. There can't be any benefit in telling her, because likely she will not have the sympathy that you are looking for.

Seek therapy before you become a nervous wreck and spill the story to her which might destroy your family. There is only one problem, and it is your mental illness (which hopefully is just temporary ) so don't let this ruin everything.

First relax now you don't have HIV . Check your soar throat it is something else etc . You are fine I know your heart must be pounding when you took the test .

But I assure you now you had no risk condom was on and whenever you get a blow job . Female sucking your penis . You will never ever get HIV okay ?

Mate you will not get HIV if you are being sucked ! Second you had protected sex

28 days yes test should be conclusive.  You can have blow job but you cannot get HIV this way .

I don't know Why you will waste money to test .you are fine . You can have a test at 6weeks if you want that is for consertive standpoint .

But you are indeed fine . All is well conclusive it's okay take a deep. Breath now  symptoms can be because of stress . Anxiety . Over thinking not knowing the answer . You are now fine for HIV okay ?
Open challenge to you . Now you test for HIV whenever you want . It will be negative do not worry .

I had severe sore throat for almost 4 weeks and sometimes low fever.
Is the 28 days post exposure rapid combo test conclusive?

Reread the part about the 40 because the test is irrelevant. Consider therapy to help you accept the science.

You were conclusively negative all along, since you had no risk. The test was unnecessary.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from oral. It doesn't matter if you and they were bleeding at the time either because it is effectively dead.

Only adult risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex or sharing needles that you inject with.
Even with blood, lactation cuts, rashes, burns etc saliva and air do not allow inactivated virus to infect from oral. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so nothing you can add will make it a risk.

You interact with others, so sore throats and colds are to be expected.
