Duration of Symptoms
Hello doctor. First of all i want to say thank you for keeping all of us sane.
Now to my question.
About 7 weeks and a half i had protected intercourse with a woman that has worked with me for 2 years. She has 2 kids and seems very responsible. I have heard that she is somewhat promiscious. We had unprotected oral. She gave me blowjob for about 3-4 minutes and i gave oral to her as well, for about few seconds because i could tell that she was no comfortable with it. Then we had sex for about 3 minutes and stopped because i Ejaculated. I then went to the bathroom to find out that the condom was bloody. I took the condom off and filled it with water ( a ttest i do all the time) to make sure it wasnt leaking...and it wasnt. I wiped and cleaned my penis and went back to the room. I asked her if she was on her period and she said no, but that she has been having this bleeding problem for some time now. Well six days later i felt sick...no sore throat, no fever, just felt out of it. I went to the doctor and i told him my story and he just gave me some antibioics to have me covered for ghonorrea and clamydia.
I felt fine for about another 2 weeks, then i started getting daily headaches and feeling drowsy for a few hours during the day. I went back to my doctor and he thought its sinusitis. he put me on apo amoxy (anitbiotics) and i was on those for 10 days and they didnt help. I went back to my doctors and told him that it didnt help, he sent me to do a sinus x-ray and some blood work. I did those and everything came back normal. but i am still feeling drowsy and its getting worse....like i could fall asleep at any given time even tho i sleep well. My face gets sweaty when i sleep but i have no fever (because) i monitor it. I have no rash, no fever, ( i feel hot though) and i have asked my doctor to examin my lymph nodes each time i went there and he said they werent enlarged.
My question aside from assesing my risk is that how long does the fatigue usually last. Right now the only thing thats bothering me is this fatigue (drowsiness) and sometimes headaches. I some times get joint aches but thats not uncommon for me....I also get cancors in my mouth once in a while, but thats also common for me.
I hope i havent made this a long post....but your response would be greatly appreciated.

Any idea as to what could be causing this fatigue then? There is times when i could just fall asleep right there. Its been going on for a while :(
