ELISA test result

I had an unprotected oral sex with a s/w 4 weeks back. I got the HIV 1 & 2 - ELISA test today and the result came "Negative". Is this result conclusive enough to say that I am not infected? The lab assistant himself tells that this is not conclusive till 3 months! Is it so? Please let me know.

If you are that worried test again at three months so you can move on and put this behind you.  Oral, as stated by Vance is not a risk though.

The result was enough to say you were not infected even before the test because oral sex is not a risk.
