Ejaculate on cut finger after oral sex

I had oral sex with a guy who  was hiv positive.I came to know later unfortunately.
when he ejaculated, i didn't swollow but it was spread all over my face and fingers.I had multiple cuts (some fresh and some not) on my fingers.
As far as having  bleeding gums ,  when i floss usually i see little blood (between front teeth).
Is there a chance that i got infected?
If so how long after exposure I should get tested to make sure if I'm infected or not?

Thank you

Based on you answer that "HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host" ...I have another question..If that's the case then Why do they say there should be no blood contact with a HIV positive person or needle sharing ,etc...
My assumption is that if the semen transfers HIV virus,no matter how it enters into the body, once it's in the blood,it can infect..Is that right or there are other parameters to be considered?
It would be very kind of you to provide me with some more information..Thanks

Thanks for the answer ...So even if the semen or pre-cume has peneterated into my blood (either from mouth or cuts on my fingers) ,It hasn't infected me?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
