Strange bumps in throat.

Ive had this strange bumps on the back of my throat, they dont hurt,  they are  flesh colored red, i have tonsil stones as well, and i have allergies, my doc has looked at my mouth and hasnt said anything about it , maybe she hasnt notcied or anything, but could these be caused by hiv or  aids? Ive never smoked ever.

Um i had oral and this was about a year ago
